Business Partnership Opportunity – Veterinary Clinic + Mondou Franchise (Greater Montreal Area)

I am seeking a licensed Canadian veterinarian interested in co-founding and operating a
veterinary clinic in the Greater Montreal area (including Laval and surrounding regions).

About the Opportunity:
I am a real estate investor/manager looking to partner with a motivated veterinarian to
launch a fully operational veterinary clinic. The vision goes beyond a standalone clinic.
The plan is to co-locate the veterinary practice alongside a Mondou pet store franchise
within the same building, creating a comprehensive one-stop destination for pet owners.
I will handle all aspects of the property — including lease or ownership, buildout, facility
management, and real estate administration allowing my partner to focus entirely on
delivering exceptional veterinary care.

• Full management of the clinic space (leasing, renovations, maintenance, utilities)
• Real estate expertise and administrative support for the physical operations
• A strategic location concept combining a veterinary clinic and a Mondou
• franchise under one roof
• Long-term commitment to building a successful and scalable practice
• What I'm Looking For in a Partner:
• Licensed veterinarian in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory
• body (e.g., Ordre des Médecins Vétérinaires du Québec)
• Eligible and authorized to operate a veterinary practice in Quebec
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow their own clinic
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for animal care
• Comfortable leading the day-to-day operations of the veterinary business
